Regional Sales Manager - Process Cooling Birmingham / Midlands £45,000 - £55,000 + Commission - £80,000 OTE An established specialist in industrial process cooling and temperature control solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop its presence across the Midlands. The business provides engineered cooling solutions to customers across plastics, manufacturing, food & beverage, medical and wider industrial markets, delivering projects ranging from individual equipment through to complete turnkey cooling systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions Manage and grow existing customer accounts Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to order Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors and industrial end users Package: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Commission - £80,000 OTE Company car 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company pension Laptop & mobile phone Ongoing technical training and career progression What You'll Need: Sales experience within process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVAC Good technical understanding of process cooling systems Strong new business and account management experience Experience selling to industrial or manufacturing customers Commercial and customer-facing skills Full UK driving licence Interested in hearing more?
