We are currently partnering with a growing specialist HVAC and renewable energy contractor to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding installation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the highest-quality residential projects in London and the Home Counties, installing premium air conditioning systems in luxury homes, penthouses, and high-rise apartment developments.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing high-quality HVAC systems across prestigious residential developments throughout London and the Home Counties. Working alongside an experienced project team, you'll be involved in installations where quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship are valued just as highly as productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
  • Installing MVHR and ventilation systems where required
  • Carrying out pipework, brazing, pressure testing, and commissioning assistance
  • Working on luxury residential and high-rise apartment developments
  • Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensuring installations are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Maintaining excellent health & safety standards on site
  • Working closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to deliver projects on programme

The Package

  • Total salary £45,000 - £57,000
  • Base salary £40,000-£52,000 (DOE)
  • Yearly bonus £2,000 - £5,000
  • Company van and fuel card
