An established HVAC contractor is looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join its expanding Service & Maintenance team covering Northampton, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. The business delivers planned preventative maintenance, reactive fault finding and repair works across commercial and domestic air conditioning and ventilation systems.

This is a field-based role working on split, multi-split, VRF and associated ventilation equipment, with engineers responsible for servicing, diagnostics, quoted repairs and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Both newly qualified and experienced engineers will be considered, with ongoing training and career development available.

Requirements

  • F-Gas certification (City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience servicing and maintaining split, multi-split and VRF systems
  • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to complete digital service reports and documentation accurately
  • Right to work in the UK

Package

  • £34,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
  • Door-to-door travel paid
  • Overtime
