- Develop and secure new business opportunities across commercial HVAC and applied cooling markets
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, and key stakeholders
- Identify project opportunities and support customers with technically compliant solutions
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to project award and handover
- Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth

Previous experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Technical Sales role within HVAC, cooling, or building services is required. A strong understanding of commercial air conditioning, chillers, heat pumps, or applied HVAC systems is essential. The ability to engage with consultants, contractors, and end users at all levels, along with strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, is necessary. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required are also needed.
