Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on HVAC, close control, chilled water, and precision cooling systems.
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical faults across customer sites.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and reactive service call‑outs within agreed response times.
- Commission and test new cooling equipment and system upgrades where required.
- Complete service documentation, commissioning sheets, and technical reports accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high standards of technical support and service.
- Ensure all work complies with F‑Gas regulations and health & safety procedures.

What You’ll Need
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- Valid F‑Gas Category 1 certification.
- Strong fault‑finding experience across refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Experience working on close control, chilled water, DX, or precision cooling systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
