Mechanical Project Engineer
We are looking for a Project Engineer / Project Manager to work under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of build projects.
Applicants must have a mechanical engineering background in mechanical building services.
The purpose is to manage projects from cradle to grave ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
The Role
- Project Engineering prefabricated plant room projects for data centres on behalf of global blue-chip clients
- Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
- Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing using Autocad
- Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
- Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
- Monday – Friday, early finish Friday
Requirements
- HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Pipe Fitter background
- Project engineering, project management / supervisory experience in building services, prefabricated plant, machinery manufacturing
- AutoCAD experience
- Organised and clear communicator
