Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on HVAC, close control, chilled water, and precision cooling systems
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical faults across customer sites
- Attend emergency breakdowns and reactive service call-outs within agreed response times
- Commission and test new cooling equipment and system upgrades where required
- Complete service documentation, commissioning sheets, and technical reports accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high standards of technical support and service
- Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations and health & safety procedures
Package:
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

What You’ll Need:
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification
- Strong fault-finding experience across refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Experience working on close control, chilled water, DX, or precision cooling systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
