We are currently partnering with a fast-growing renewable heating and energy services business to recruit an Operations Director to lead the next phase of operational growth and service delivery. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operations professional who can drive performance across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer service functions while helping scale a business operating at the forefront of the UK's low-carbon heating transition. The Role

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, the Operations Director will take responsibility for the overall operational performance of the business. You will oversee installation teams, service operations, technical support functions, supply chain coordination, and customer delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards. This role will play a critical part in building scalable processes and operational infrastructure to support continued company growth.
