Deputy Manager RGN or RMN Ipswich £50,000 per annum The Deputy Manager package includes: – £50,000 per annum – 28 days annual leave allowance – Paid NMC registration – Support with continuous professional development (CPD) including a Personal Development Plan – Support with Nurse revalidation – Workplace Pension – Recommend a friend paid scheme The Company: A beautiful purpose built home with outside spaces and communal areas, specialising in Elderly & Dementia Care. Responsibilities: – Deliver Care and Support to a high standard by promoting person centred care and planning in conjunction with the residents – Work with the Home Manager to ensure the financial targets of the home are met – Ensure CQC and company standards are met within the home. – Management of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
