I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead for a highly regarded care provider within their luxury, purpose built Nursing Home in Scunthorpe. The home provides specialist elderly, dementia, mental health, challenging behaviour and physical disability care and have been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC. As the Clinical Lead Nurse you will work with the management team and support the multi-discipliniary staff team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
