I currently have an exciting opportunity for a staff nurse to work with a well-established, highly regarded care provider within their nursing home in Kempston. The home offers bespoke care to up to 80 residents, with luxury facilities and meaningful activities; they pride themselves on their high quality, round the clock care.
Your job will be to support the Home Manager with the general running of the home, implementation of policies and business procedures, preparing the staff Rota, monitoring standards of care, etc. In addition, you will be required to work the floor 3 times a week, and be available to cover both day and night shifts.
