Our client is a close-knit team of dedicated people passionate about creating world-class coffee experiences, providing great customer service, and having fun along the way. They are proud to be sourcing coffee from some of the world's greatest coffee producers and building ethical, sustainable long-term relationships with coffee farming communities committed to quality coffee production. They take meticulous care and pride at every stage of the coffee journey from tasting, sourcing and roasting, to supporting customers through coffee education, training and business guidance.

They are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work within our client's warehouse, picking and despatching customers' orders. Working under the guidance of the team leader, you will use counterbalance and reach trucks for picking and dispatch activity; training will be provided if required. You will work in an organised manner and help with stock management whilst maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

  • Experience with counterbalance and reach trucks
  • A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team

A Counterbalance and Reach truck licence would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided if necessary. The closing date for this role is the 2nd May 2025.
