We are delighted to be working with a hugely important charity in Hampshire, dedicated to providing vital support and refuge to survivors of domestic abuse. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-focussed fundraiser to join a small team as Fundraising Manager! As the charity diversifies its funding, the Fundraising Manager will take the lead on developing partnerships with local and national businesses, along with increasing support from individuals and establishing first-class stewardship programmes.
With phenomenal levels of support within the local community and beyond, we’re looking for someone at ease with nurturing relationships while developing new fundraising inroads. In a varied role duties will vary from stewarding Charity of The Year relationships and supporting London Marathon participants to representing the charity on local radio. This is an exciting time to join the charity, and the Fundraising Manager will be crucial in influencing the future of fundraising within this inspiring organisation!

Full Time, Permanent Portsmouth, Hampshire – with hybrid and flexible working available Up to £38,000 plus benefits. A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Duties will include:
- Growing support from individual donors
- Developing partnerships with local and national businesses
- Establishing donor stewardship and recognition programmes
- Implementing a rolling programme of fundraising events
- Networking to establish a portfolio of corporate and high-value donors
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of successfully generating income from a range of sources, particularly Corporate Partnerships and Individual Giving
- Be capable of supporting the development of fundraising strategy, including developing strategic plans, setting targets, and monitoring performance
- Have outstanding planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Be a confident and skilled communicator, able to build relationships with a range of groups, corporations, and individuals
