We are looking for a Project Engineer to work under a Programme Manager and a team of project managers to support the ongoing programme of builds for modular plantroom projects. The company is a global engineering company.

Applicants must have a mechanical bias and project engineering background in either mechanical building services engineering.

  • Project Engineering prefabricated plant room projects for data centres and commercial buildings
  • Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
  • Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing
  • Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
  • Scheduling and coordinating: design, manufacturing, delivery and handover

Requirements:

  • HNC/degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Likely to have worked in an HVAC installation contractor or a manufacturer of HVAC plant, modular/skid based equipment involving pumps, pipes and valves
  • Project engineer, Design Engineer or Project Manager
  • Plant room knowledge beneficial
  • Organised and clear communicator
