This is a varied office and field-based role, providing technical support to customers and engineers while also travelling to customer sites to provide hands-on assistance. You will become a technical specialist across a portfolio of commercial coffee machines, bean-to-cup systems and automated vending equipment, supporting installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis and ongoing maintenance. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with commercial coffee machines, with a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and electromechanical systems. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers and field engineers. Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software-related faults on commercial coffee machines.
