We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong building services engineering background. You will need to currently be either a Senior Project Manager or a Programme Manager with 5+ years UK experience managing building services / HVAC or M&E projects.
The role is based in Worcester, with limited requirement for travel. Responsibilities include:
- Managing an ongoing programme of multiple high value projects for high level customers
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team of project managers
- Managing risk and navigating challenges
- RFIs
- Client liaison, as primary contact for customers
Hours: 38 hours
Requirements:
- You must be within a reasonable commuting distance to Worcester
- Degree in Building Services Engineering - essential
- You will have several years programme manager experience
- Certified in PMP, AGPM, PRINCE2 - essential
Package:
- Salary circa to £75K
- 25 days holiday
