Technical Sales Engineer – Midlands Region – Valves & Actuators Technical Sales Engineer sought by a well-established, global OEM supplier of flow and pressure related products to grow their valves and actuator product portfolio in the UK. The Technical Sales Engineer role will be predominantly key account focused with some business development needed. You will be targeting small and medium sized industrial OEM\’s and distributors, covering heavy vehicle, water, hygiene and related markets. The Package: Salary – £40,000-£45,000 OTE – (Approximately 20% of salary) Company Car/ Car allowance Private Medical Pension Scheme The Role: Customer Focus- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions. Business Insight- applying knowledge of the business, suppliers and marketplace to advance the organisation. Manages Complexity- Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes difficult challenges to effectively solve problems. Strategic Mindset- Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into successful outcomes. Drives Results- Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. Collaborates- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Product Knowledge- has an in-depth knowledge of the product and applications. Can speak at an engineer-to-engineer level. Requirements: Must have a proven track-record in external sales. Will have previous experience selling valves, actuators and related products. Must have a valid UK driving license Will ideally hold a technical qualification within a related engineering discipline.
