An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PCB & Cable Assembler to join a growing electronics manufacturing business based in Loughborough.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working within a high-quality electronics manufacturing environment supporting a variety of technical industries.
The Role- PCB assembly including through-hole and surface mount components
- Cable assembly, crimping, looming, and wiring
- Hand soldering to IPC / J-STD standards
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and build documentation
- PCB coating, potting, and inspection activities
- Carrying out quality checks and self-inspection of completed work
- Working closely with production and engineering teams to meet delivery targets
- Previous PCB and cable assembly experience
- Confident soldering skills within an electronics manufacturing environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Experience working to IPC or J-STD standards desirable
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
- £27,000 - £31,000 basic salary
