A fast-paced FMCG business is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, this role is responsible for planning, logistics, inventory, supplier performance, and service delivery across a complex supply network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supply lead demand planning, forecasting, risks and mitigation
- Manage customer orders and delivery schedules, maintain SKU data, communicate updates
- Own and report on stock strategy, investigate discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers, support sourcing, capacity planning, NPD launches, and promotions
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics end-to-end
- Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Operations team
