£35,000 to £50,000 DOE + Company Van
An established construction equipment dealership is looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to service and support customers throughout Northern Ireland.
You will work on a varied range of modern plant machinery, including excavators, telehandlers, rollers, dumpers and other heavy construction equipment.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Attend customer breakdowns across Northern Ireland
- Complete preventative maintenance and warranty repairs
- Carry out inspections and prepare equipment for customer use
- Accurately complete service reports and parts documentation
- Provide a professional service while working independently on customer sites
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, HGV Technician or similar
- Strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills
- Experience working with excavators, telehandlers or similar construction equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload
- Full UK driving licence
