We are recruiting for a growing engineering business specialising in the installation, service and maintenance of commercial vehicle wash equipment used across the transport, logistics and public sector industries. This is a field-based role working on a wide range of automated wash systems including drive-through bus washes, rollover systems, pressure wash equipment and water reclamation systems. The position offers excellent training, long-term stability and opportunities to progress within an established nationwide engineering team.
The Role:
- Service, maintenance and installation of commercial vehicle wash systems
- Electrical, mechanical and plumbing fault finding and repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response
- Installation work and occasional overnight stays across the UK
- Managing your own daily schedule and customer visits Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month
Requirements:
- 18th Edition qualification essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Electrical field service or maintenance engineering background
- Strong fault finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
