We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join a growing engineering business specialising in critical power systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems and delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing generators, UPS systems and associated critical power equipment
- Fault diagnosis and emergency breakdown response
- Installation and commissioning of equipment
- Load bank testing, inspections and electrical testing
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting customers with technical advice and training
- Participating in an on-call rota and occasional overnight stays
