I am partnering with an innovative designer and manufacturer of premium commercial fit-out lighting solutions, delivering high-quality products across linear profile lighting, architectural ceiling-integrated systems, and canlights/downlights.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Specification Sales Manager to drive sales and key account development across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a design-led business with strong market momentum, exceptional product quality, and genuine ambition for expansion.

You will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships across the commercial interiors and fit-out market, securing specifications and converting projects through to order:

  • Winning new business and growing key accounts across London and the South East
  • Managing relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and fit-out specialists
  • Tracking projects from early-stage specification through to completion
  • Working closely with internal design and technical teams to support project delivery
  • Achieving and exceeding regional sales targets

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling into the commercial construction or interior fit-out sector:

  • Proven success in specification sales or business development within architectural lighting, commercial interiors, or related building products
  • Strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and fit-out companies across London
  • Experience managing projects from specification through to order
  • Full UK driving licence

Circa £60k basic salary (depending on experience), attractive performance-related bonus, car allowance, pension and benefits package, and genuine career progression in a growing business.
