Engineering Design Manager / Engineering Manager My client is an established global engineering company supplying 'engineered to order solutions' for industrial, critical, and data centre projects throughout EMEA from their UK site. The ideal background is expertise in leading a team of multidisciplinary design engineers with a focus on improving engineering standards and compliance. Applicants must have a solid building services background. The Role The main purpose of this role is to lead and improve design and engineering standards including compliance Leading a multidisciplinary team of 12 design engineers Design solutions including; mechanical piping, structural, LV electrical systems, controls and automation Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept, design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Provide technical leadership Develop and implement engineering solutions to complex challenges Develop the framework for all technical aspects of solution development and engineered projects Ensure that all engineering designs meet relevant codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
