CNC Turning Programmer & Setter Location: Stoke on Trent Job Type: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday day shift Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience A long-established precision engineering company is looking for an experienced CNC Turning Programmer & Setter to join its skilled manufacturing team on a permanent basis. The company has over 20 years' experience supplying high-quality components and assemblies across sectors including science and medical, oil and gas, automotive and other precision-led industries. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC lathes, with Fanuc controls being essential. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working from engineering drawings and supporting production to ensure high-quality output. This role would suit someone confident, proactive and experienced, who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and contributing to a small, highly skilled team.
