We are looking for an experienced Product Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality and food safety across a fast-paced fresh produce operation. This is a hands-on role with real influence, responsible for ensuring products meet all legal, customer and certification standards from production through to customer delivery.

The role
- Own site product quality, food safety and integrity
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS v9, GlobalG.A.P, Red Tractor and customer specifications
- Deliver Quality Service Level (QSL) targets
- Lead and develop QA and Label Room teams
- Investigate complaints, rejections and non-conformances
- Drive a strong 'right first time' quality culture
- Support audits, customer visits and continuous improvement
About you
- Experience in a quality role within fresh produce or food manufacturing
- HACCP and Food Safety Level 2 (Level 3 desirable)
- Strong communicator with the confidence to stand up for quality
- Analytical, organised and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Team leadership experience preferred
