An established global logistics and engineering solutions provider is looking to appoint a Technical Commercial Manager to support the delivery and commercialisation of complex, engineering-led logistics projects. This is a key position working closely with engineering, tendering, and commercial teams to develop and sell bespoke heavy lift and out-of-gauge transport solutions across major global projects.

The Role:

  • Develop and present technical logistics solutions from concept through to execution
  • Support tendering activity with high-quality technical and commercial proposals
  • Act as the interface between engineering and commercial teams, both internally and client-facing
  • Work on heavy lift, project cargo, and out-of-gauge transport solutions
  • Engage with clients to present methodologies, costings, and value propositions
  • Contribute to winning and delivering profitable, engineering-led contracts

What We're Looking For:

  • Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
  • Experience in technical sales, project engineering, or commercial roles within logistics, heavy lift, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of method statements, risk assessments, and transport engineering concepts
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
  • Confident client-facing communicator with strong presentation skills
  • AutoCAD experience advantageous
