A growing technical services business is looking for a Service Sales Executive to join its aftersales/service sales team. This is a warm sales role, working with existing customers to identify and secure service-related opportunities.

This would suit someone from a service sales, aftersales, customer service or internal sales background who is highly organised, commercially focused and confident managing customer relationships.

The Role:

  • Manage warm leads and opportunities from existing customers
  • Sell service solutions including maintenance agreements, warranty extensions, commissioning, repairs, hire and replacement works
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email
  • Work closely with service engineers, coordinators, project teams and technical colleagues
  • Manage sales administration, order processing and customer documentation
  • Support the wider service sales team with pipeline management and reporting

The Candidate:

  • Experience in sales, service sales, aftersales or customer service
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Confident speaking with customers and managing multiple enquiries
  • Commercially aware with the ability to negotiate and close opportunities
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working to targets
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Package:

  • £40,000 - £42,000 basic salary
  • £18,000 - £20,000 OTE commission
  • Quarterly bonus based on team target achievement
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
  • Monday to Friday role
