I am seeking a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager / Internal Sales to join a growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience, great communication skills and has a good understanding of the electronics or manufacturing service industry. You will act as the key point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as the primary contact.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including production, engineering, procurement, and quality to deliver customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract reviews.
  • Monitor account performance, including delivery, quality, and commercial metrics.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and reports.

  • Proven experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
  • Good understanding of the electronics industry or manufacturing environment.
