What You’ll Be Part Of
Our Compliance function is growing to support the business as it scales. Future roles will help strengthen our Compliance Management System (CMS), support regulatory obligations, enhance governance, and contribute to a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
What You May Work On:
- Supporting or leading CMS development and regulatory alignment
- Coordinating regulatory returns, audits, and SMCR updates
- Monitoring and enhancing policies (“Norms”) and compliance controls
- Conduct, sanctions, and regulatory advisory support
- Regulatory change analysis and governance updates
- Risk assessments, monitoring, and CMS maturity work
- Identifying automation and process‑improvement opportunities
