Overview

Are you a skilled Work Coordinator / Administrator based near Liverpool, looking to earn £26,208 per year? We\’re looking for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic and fluid environment, thrives both independently and within a team, has fantastic communication skills and brings solid knowledge of office systems and processes.

This is a full time, office-based position Monday-Friday with working hours of 8AM – 5PM.

Your Role As Our Work Coordinator

  • Prioritising and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks
  • Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme
  • Help us manage contract requirements for a range of jobs
  • Handling calls, scheduling a range of works
  • Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
  • Managing the customer and client relationships
  • Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system
  • Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, to maintain levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales

What We Need From You

  • Good level of education
  • Previous call handling/scheduling experience
  • Ability to operate a computerised data base system
  • Good knowledge of office working systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
