About The Role

We're launching a new contract in Winchester and are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join WPS. You'll be the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed, supported and reassured throughout works. This is a people-focused role where clear communication and strong relationships are key to success.

What You'll Do

  • Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries
  • Keep residents informed about works, timelines and access needs
  • Coordinate access to properties
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Log and manage complaints effectively
  • Share updates via meetings, newsletters and drop-in sessions
  • Flag resident needs or vulnerabilities to site teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (housing/construction desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and build trust quickly
