Plasterer Opportunity | Winchester
At WPS, we're looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our growing Responsive Maintenance team based in Winchester, helping us deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services to residents across the local area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Plastering repairs, skimming, patching and rendering works
- Restoring homes to a high standard following maintenance and repair works
- Working across occupied social housing properties
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents
- Collaborating with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to complete repairs efficiently
- Completing work safely, professionally and to the highest quality standards
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent experience)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within maintenance, repairs or social housing environments
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
