WPS are recruiting an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor for a mobile role, overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties, ideally suited for a candidate based in or around London and occasionally Nottingham.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day supervision of hard services delivery across 10 commercial sites, leading a mobile engineering team and ensuring contractual compliance, service excellence and client satisfaction.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of mobile engineers across multiple commercial sites
- Ensure PPMs and reactive works are completed efficiently and to contract SLAs
- Act as the key point of contact for the client and stakeholders on site
- Monitor compliance, health & safety and statutory requirements
- Support performance management, workload planning and team development
- Carry out site inspections and audits to maintain service standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing or supervising a facilities or engineering team
- Background within commercial facilities management
- Electrical or Mechanical NVQ (minimum requirement)
- Strong organisational and client‑facing skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
