Contract: in and around London

WPS are recruiting an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor for a mobile role, overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties, ideally suited for a candidate based in or around London and occasionally Nottingham.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day supervision of hard services delivery across 10 commercial sites, leading a mobile engineering team and ensuring contractual compliance, service excellence and client satisfaction.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of mobile engineers across multiple commercial sites
  • Ensure PPMs and reactive works are completed efficiently and to contract SLAs
  • Act as the key point of contact for the client and stakeholders on site
  • Monitor compliance, health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Support performance management, workload planning and team development
  • Carry out site inspections and audits to maintain service standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing or supervising a facilities or engineering team
  • Background within commercial facilities management
  • Electrical or Mechanical NVQ (minimum requirement)
  • Strong organisational and client‑facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
