About the Role

Are you highly organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Planner to join our dynamic WPS team in Winchester. You'll play a key role in planning and coordinating our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain, helping us deliver an excellent service every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning diaries to maximise workforce productivity and efficiency
  • Producing performance reports to track progress
  • Managing work-in-progress to stay on target
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Supporting supervisors and site teams with scheduling
  • Identifying improvements and suggesting solutions
  • Handling customer queries professionally
  • Ensuring plans meet health & safety standards
