About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our mobile FM team, covering the Southeast region with a focus around Southampton and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established team delivering high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial buildings
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Undertake testing, inspection, and certification where required
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Accurately complete job reports and documentation via digital systems
  • Work flexibly across multiple sites within the region

Qualifications and Experience

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification
  • Experience working within a Facilities Management / Building Services environment
  • Knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and safe systems of work
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile role)
  • Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
  • A proactive, customer‑focused approach
