WPS is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to join our Planned Works team in the North West. The successful candidate will manage social housing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding high quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cost control
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Producing financial reports

A BSc in Quantity Surveying and experience in Social Housing are desired. The role offers hybrid working from site, home, and our office in Oldham.
