You will be the main contact for residents, ensuring they are informed, supported and engaged throughout social housing refurbishment programmes.

The role focuses on building trust with communities, coordinating access, managing enquiries and supporting vulnerable residents, with an emphasis on safe, efficient delivery and minimal disruption.
