Wates is recruiting a Disrepair Supervisor for its Maintenance division, based at the Brixton office, delivering reactive and some planned maintenance to residents on our social housing contracts.
You will lead, manage and develop your team, oversee work scheduling, monitor quality, and control costs to meet targets and SLAs.
You will represent Wates at client and resident meetings as required.
A full UK driving licence is required, and you must hold SSSTS; a DBS check will be conducted at offer.
