We're recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead planned works programmes within social housing across the Northampton area. This role will involve managing projects from pre‑start through to completion, working closely with internal teams, supply chain partners, and residents to deliver safe, compliant, and high‑quality outcomes. A key part of the portfolio will include recladding works to residential blocks, so prior experience in this area would be highly advantageous.

The Role

  • Managing end‑to‑end delivery of planned works schemes within occupied social housing homes
  • Overseeing programmes including recladding of residential blocks, ensuring compliance with all relevant building safety and fire regulations
  • Managing budgets, programmes, risks, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost
  • Leading site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to drive performance and quality
  • Acting as a principal point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and residents
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Monitoring progress, reporting performance, and resolving issues proactively

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within social housing planned works
  • Strong understanding of working in occupied residential environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • Previous experience delivering recladding projects / block recladding works
  • Knowledge of building safety, fire compliance, and relevant post‑Gateway requirements
  • Relevant construction or project management qualification (e.g. HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent experience)
