Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a people-focused and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Wates Property Services. This is a fast-paced, high-volume internal recruitment role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and making a real impact across the business.
About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles within our business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs, manage recruitment campaigns, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout. This is a role where organisation, pace, and stakeholder management are key, working across multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across high-volume and varied roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and agree recruitment strategies
- Deliver proactive sourcing campaigns using job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
- Screen, shortlist and manage candidates through to offer stage
- Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
- Work collaboratively with the wider TA team to deliver against business objectives
- Support ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and ways of working
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an in‑house or high‑volume environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- A people‑first approach, with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience managing and influencing a variety of stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient and solution‑focused mindset
Desirable Experience
- Background within Property Services, FM, Planned or Responsive Maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Experience supporting operational or frontline recruitment
