About The Role
As a Rewards & Benefits Analyst, you will support the design, analysis and delivery of competitive reward strategies and benefits programmes across WPS. You'll provide insight‑driven recommendations that enhance employee experience, ensure market competitiveness, and align with our values.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse salary benchmarking data to support fair and competitive pay decisions
- Support the development and delivery of reward frameworks, including bonus scheme
- Manage and review pension and benefits offerings to ensure they remain attractive and relevant
- Produce regular reporting and insights on reward trends, pay gaps and utilisation
- Partner across HR and with leadership teams on reward‑related queries, working with vendors where needed
- Support annual salary and bonus review processes
- Ensure reward practices align with internal governance and external compliance
- Support Reward, Benefit and Pension related projects
About You
You will be analytical, commercially aware and passionate about delivering a great employee experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in a reward, compensation or HR analytics role
- Is highly numerate with strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Can interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- Has excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Is organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ideally has knowledge of reward frameworks, benefits schemes or job evaluation
