WPS is looking for an exceptional Divisional Director to lead a high-performing division, delivering operational excellence, sustainable growth and outstanding customer outcomes across a diverse portfolio of maintenance and property services.

As Divisional Director, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the division, ensuring the successful delivery of financial and non-financial targets whilst fostering a culture of safety, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and deliver the divisional growth strategy, identifying opportunities across both traditional and emerging markets.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline to support ambitious business growth targets.
  • Lead the mobilisation of new contracts and continuously improve existing operations to maximise value and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation and identify new service opportunities that support long-term business success.

Operational Excellence

Lead a Diverse Portfolio Of Services Including

  • Reactive Maintenance
  • Planned Works
  • Voids (Minor & Major)
  • Minor Works Packages
  • Compliance Services (Fire, Electrical and Other Regulatory Workstreams)
  • Additional Operational Delivery Streams across the division

Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ)

  • Champion the delivery of our SHEQ strategy.
  • Drive our commitment to Zero Harm and Bold Commitments.
  • Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery across all operations.

Governance & Performance

  • Lead risk management, compliance and business improvement programmes.
  • Oversee financial, operational and safety reporting.
  • Ensure robust governance frameworks support sustainable performance.

Customer Leadership

  • Act as the face of WPS for key customers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain exceptional client relationships.
  • Create a culture focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity.

People & Culture

  • Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing divisional team.
  • Create an environment that promotes engagement, accountability and continuous development.
