Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function for the business division, providing insight, challenge, and direction.
- Deliver robust financial control, reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support decision‑making.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, influencing both strategic and operational decisions.
- Drive performance through insight, analysis, and clear communication of financial data.
- Own governance, controls and risk management, ensuring strong financial discipline across the business.
- Lead business transformation projects to accelerate growth and improve margins.
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A activity and due diligence.
- Drive the cash agenda, ensuring strong financial health and performance.

Qualifications
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
