Your Role as Our Renewables Assistant Document Controller:
- Provide administrative and document control support across renewable energy projects
- Upload, manage and maintain documentation within SharePoint and internal systems
- Ensure project documents are accurate, complete and audit‑ready
- Support lodgements, audits and compliance checks by coordinating required paperwork
- Record data accurately to support reporting and project visibility
- Answer email queries from operational teams and clients
- Work closely with operational, compliance and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate records across multiple projects at the same time
- Carry out general office administration, including scanning, filing and photocopying
- Identify missing or incorrect information and take action to resolve issues quickly
What We Need from You:
- Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using multiple systems and screens simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, task‑driven environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive, organised and reliable approach to work
- Ability to follow defined processes while remaining adaptable
