Your role as an Administrator in Renewables:
- Assist the wider energy transition admin team
- Support the team and build strong working relationships across Liberty
- Respond to email queries from colleagues and clients
- Record accurate information in relevant systems and maintain project records
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying and filing
- Communicate updates clearly and on time to colleagues
- Support operational teams in meeting targets and resolving supplier delays
- Assist field staff with admin tasks
- Capture and file compliance documentation
- Reprogram door fobs and carry out other associated tasks
What We Need From You:
- A good level of education (GCSE or equivalent)
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- Confident using computerised database systems (experience beneficial)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong communication skills
- Experience within a social housing environment is desirable
