About the Role
Are you highly organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Planner to join our dynamic WPS team in Winchester. You'll play a key role in planning and coordinating our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain, helping us deliver an excellent service every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning diaries to maximise workforce productivity and efficiency
- Producing performance reports to track progress
- Managing work-in-progress to stay on target
- Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
- Supporting supervisors and site teams with scheduling
- Identifying improvements and suggesting solutions
- Handling customer queries professionally
- Ensuring plans meet health and safety requirements
