This is a highโprofile role with full responsibility for delivering a safe, compliant, and profitable responsive repairs service, coverin g DTD, Voids, Planned and Disrepair wor k s.
You'll lead from the front โ delivering operational excellence, driving performance, developing people, and exceeding client and customer expectations ๐ ๐ฏ Key Responsibilit iesโ Operate and lead the contract to meet performance, delivery, quality, and margin targ etsโ Manage all aspects of service delivery, ensuring works are complet ed on time, to cost, and to qual ityโ Own t he financial performa nce of the contract โ turnover, margin all applications are reviewed on an individual basis against the requirements of the role.
