Join our Specialist Division and play a key role in delivering high‑quality plumbing works across a wide variety of commercial projects. Projects include a mix of larger, long‑term assignments and smaller planned works—so you’ll remain on each site for a sustained period rather than moving between multiple jobs each day.
What You’ll Be Doing- Carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on commercial buildings.
- Completing a variety of planned project works, both large‑scale and smaller specialist tasks.
- Working independently or as part of a wider multi‑trade team on site.
- Advising Supervisors or Project Managers when additional materials or trades are required.
- Accurately completing job sheets, material logs, and relevant project documentation.
- Ensuring all works meet high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence – significant travel across London and around the M25 is required.
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential).
- Strong plumbing experience, with additional multi‑trade skills being beneficial.
- Previous experience working within office/commercial environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, reliability, and professional conduct.
- Due to the nature of this position, an in‑depth criminal record history check will be undertaken.
