WPS are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Assistant / Receptionist to join our team at our Drummond Street office. As the first point of contact for customers, contractors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient front‑of‑house service, while also supporting our Customer Service team with administrative duties and coordination of repairs and queries. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional reception service
- Handle customer queries and repair requests, ensuring they are managed promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems (including defect/repair platforms)
- Coordinate appointments, inspections and schedules with operatives and subcontractors
- Manage customer communications, keeping all parties updated and expectations clear
- Support the Customer Service Manager with administrative tasks and reporting
- Prepare and send customer documentation following completion of works
- Monitor and follow up on repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with compiling reports and identifying trends to improve service delivery
